Up next: Game 7

RED WINGS PLAYOFF UPDATE:
The Stanley Cup Finals - Detroit vs. Pittsburgh

The Wings lost to the Penguins Tuesday night by a score of 2-1.
Detroit and Pittsburgh are tied 3 - 3 in the best of seven series.

A decisive Game 7 will be played in Detroit on Friday night.
To this point in the series, the home team has won every game.

That is a trend I expect will be continued on Friday.

GO WINGS!

PS: I did not win the Mega Millions jackpot tonight. I knew you were wondering.

Take care.

You lost? What the hell?

At least the Tigers came back and won 7-6!

Are you referring to the hockey game? Mega Millions? Both?

In any case, I apologize for my continuing inadequacy.

Even though I phrophesized a 7-game finals, I am still bummed about last night's nail-biting loss to the Pens.

That last flurry of activity around the Penguins' goal was one of those oh-so-close moments that may come back to haunt the Wings.

That, and the clang of the Zetterberg shot off the post earlier in the game.

Err, that should be "prophesized." Late night, brain-dead, etc.

Mikey: There are certainly no guarantees - but I like our chances Friday night. I won't believe the Penguins can beat us at home - until they do.
